Classes Attendance Policy

If a student is absent from any course without prior notice (unless an emergency occurs), neither the Academy nor the assigned instructor is obliged to offer an alternative course or reschedule the course.
If a student is unable to attend class, we must be notified at least 5 hours before we reschedule class and begin rescheduling class to a different date.
The teacher will reschedule any classes you miss on Eid Days (Fa) and Eid Day (Fitr), so you will return to your classes after the Eid holiday.
If a teacher is late or absent from class, the teacher will make up for any lost time or class.
If a student misses a certain number of hours of study, the instructor and student must make arrangements to make up for these courses not being completed on other applicable dates.
Time is very important so students should be online during class.
The instructor must be online on time for classes where emergency delays are not allowed (such as illness ..etc.).
If the teacher is frequently late or misses their classes, students can let us know and Moddakir’s admin will assign the student an alternate teacher.

Progress Reports

The teacher records all notes about the student in the summary report so that the administrator can send the student progress reports every 3 months.
We will ask our students and the price and feedback provided to us if any questions or complaints and student comments help the carer improve its service.
